2. Return Policy

2.1. If, for any reason, you are unable to care for your pet, you agree to contact us first. We will assist in rehoming or taking the pet back.
2.2. Refunds are not provided for returned pets unless a health issue covered under the guarantee is the reason for return.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. All payments must be completed before the pet is released to its new owner.
3.2. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide a suitable pet as promised.

4. Care Requirements

4.1. Buyers agree to provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe and loving environment for the pet.
4.2. Failure to meet these care requirements may result in forfeiture of ownership rights, at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the pet once it leaves our care.
5.2. Buyers assume all responsibility for the pet after transfer of ownership, including its behavior, training, and health.

We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
